Systems such as SSCI are integrated into the existing quality management system. Suppliers are assessed against social standards, and the organisation anticipates expectations from customers and consumers.

Strategic | Integrated quality management

Food safety, quality, sustainability, risk management, and innovation are brought together in one integrated management system. Quality is managed strategically based on data, performance indicators, and stakeholder expectations.
