What once focused on compliance with labour regulations is now evolving into a strategic focus on wellbeing, engagement, and long term employability. Embedding employee related topics into overall business strategy. KPIs on safety, wellbeing, retention, and development are monitored, evaluated, and reported, for example within ESG frameworks. Organisations actively focus on long term employability, inclusion, leadership development, and social safety. Employees become active contributors to sustainable growth.
