Pourquoi les réclamations sont importantes
Une allégation sur l'emballage est puissante : elle influence les choix, renforce la confiance et permet de différencier un produit. Qu'il s'agisse de valeurs nutritionnelles, de bienfaits pour la santé ou de durabilité, les consommateurs et les régulateurs portent un regard critique. Mais le pouvoir s'accompagne de responsabilités. Les réclamations injustifiées ou non autorisées entraînent des sanctions, une atteinte à la réputation et une perte de crédibilité.
