One central place for quality

All processes are now captured in one digital quality manual. Using tablets, employees carry out inspections and immediately record their observations, improvement points, risks, and even positive findings. With predefined options and the ability to add photos and comments directly, a complete and up to date overview of operations is created across production and logistics.

Even without a wifi connection, the system continues to function. Once the tablet reconnects, all data is automatically synchronised. This ensures that no information is lost and that improvement points remain visible and actionable.

Quality as part of daily operations

Each day starts with a team meeting in which all improvement points from QA-online are discussed. Urgent matters are prioritised, and concrete actions are immediately assigned to team leaders. When improvements are structural, they are directly integrated into the quality manual. In this way, learning and improvement become part of daily operations.
