Pourquoi l'analyse des risques est importante

La sécurité alimentaire commence par la perspicacité. Quels sont les dangers liés à vos matières premières, à vos procédés, à vos emballages ou à votre chaîne ? Quels sont les risques de fraude, de sabotage ou de contamination croisée ? Des analyses de risques systématiques telles que HACCP, GIRA, VACCP et TACCP permettent de contrôler ces dangers. Ils vous aident à identifier les dangers, à évaluer les risques et à choisir les mesures de contrôle qui fonctionnent réellement. Non seulement pour se conformer à la législation ou aux audits, mais surtout pour pouvoir travailler en toute sécurité, prévenir les incidents et renforcer la confiance.

Compliance+ | Extended risk assessments for fraud, food defense, and allergens

In addition to traditional HACCP, organisations implement further risk assessments in line with GFSI standards:

VACCP for risks related to food and raw material fraud

TACCP for risks of sabotage or intentional contamination

Allergen management, including cross contamination analysis and VITAL classification

Risk assessments are linked to internal audits and integrated into change management processes.
