Pourquoi la surveillance environnementale est importante
Dans l'industrie alimentaire, ce que vous ne voyez pas peut en fait être le plus grand risque. Les micro-organismes, les allergènes ou les résidus peuvent se déposer sans être vus dans votre environnement et, en fin de compte, contaminer votre produit. La surveillance environnementale (EMP) est le moyen de gérer structurellement ce risque. Il vous aide à : • identification précoce des risques • valider le nettoyage et la désinfection • et sont manifestement conformes à la législation et aux normes de la GFSI Aucune organisation ne peut garantir la sécurité alimentaire sans inclure l'environnement dans son système.

Data on microbiology and allergens is collected and used to evaluate cleaning programmes. Risks are identified at an early stage.
Compliance+ | Digital data management and harmonisation
Using central digital tools to apply consistent monitoring across multiple locations. Sampling plans are harmonised, data is visualised, and analyses lead to targeted actions. Environmental monitoring becomes streamlined, data driven, and scalable.
Strategic | Environmental monitoring as input for design and maintenance
Linking environmental monitoring data to risk assessments for hygienic design. Identifying hotspots in infrastructure, hard to clean areas, or design flaws in equipment.
These insights are used for maintenance decisions, renovations, and investments. Environmental monitoring becomes not only verification, but input for strategic design.
