Pourquoi les allégations en matière de durabilité sont importantes

Dans un marché qui exige la durabilité, les allégations sont de plus en plus utilisées et considérées de manière plus critique. Des termes tels que « respectueux de l'environnement », « climatiquement neutre » ou « produit de manière responsable » suscitent des attentes chez les consommateurs, les clients et les régulateurs. Mais une affirmation n'est solide que si elle est vraie. Sans justification, même un message bien intentionné entraîne une atteinte à la réputation, des risques juridiques ou une perte de confiance. Surtout maintenant que des superviseurs tels que l'ACM appliquent activement et que la nouvelle directive de l'UE (2024/825 - ECGT) arrive. Communiquer de manière durable ne se limite donc pas à dire ce que vous faites, c'est montrer ce que vous offrez.

  • Is it true, supported by facts and measurable data?

  • Is it complete, without misleading or omitting relevant information?

Developing an integrated sustainability communication strategy. Claims are well considered, distinctive, and supported by strong evidence. Organisations actively align messaging with credibility, impact, and reputation, ensuring that claims strengthen both the brand and relationships with customers and partners.
